Click 'Change my password'
Enter the details
Click Change Password
You can also change password from disk management.
Right click 'My Computer' icon on desktop, select Manage
or
Click Start - Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management
Expand 'Local Users and Groups'
Click Users
Select the user on right hand side, right click & Select 'Set Password'
Click Proceed
Enter the password & confirm it.
Click OK

Launch Outlook Express
Click Tools -> Accounts
Click Mail
Select the account & Click Export
Enter the filename & Click Save
To Import Account Settings from backup
Click Tools -> Accounts
Click Import
Locate the backup file & Click Open
Click Tools -> Accounts
Click Mail
Select the account & Click Export
Enter the filename & Click Save

Msconfig utility in Windows XP allows to manage startup programs.
Click Start - Run
Type msconfig

Uncheck the program entries which you don't want to run on system startup.
