1. Boot Windows into Safe Mode or Windows Recovery Environment

2. Go to directory C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike

3. Find and delete file matching C-00000291*.sys

4. Boot to Windows

Open PDF File in Full Screen View in Google Chrome Browser

Open the PDF file in Google Chrome Browser

Click Three-dot icon

Select Present 

Press Esc key to exit full screen mode
