Follow these steps to type Rupee (₹) Symbol with Dell KB212-B keyboard in Windows 8

Open Control Panel
Click Language

Click Add a language

Select English and Click Open

Select English (India) and Click Add

Set English (India)  and Click Move Up

Set English (India) as your default (or only) display language and keyboard layout/input

Press AltGr + 4 keys to type Rupee (₹) symbol.

If you don't want to change Language settings then use the following shortcut

Rupee (₹) symbol = right Alt + 8377 (Numeric Keypad)

Please follow these steps to create a wifi-hotspot on Android device.

Open Settings
Under Wireless & networks press More...

Press Tethering & portable hotspot

Press Portable Wi-Fi hotspot

Press Set up Wi-Fi hotspot

Enter Network SSID
Choose Security
Enter Password
Press Save

Now turn on the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot by dragging slide bar to the right

Now on PC/Laptop/Other Device, select network(Network SSID) from the list of Wi-Fi connections available
Click connect and enter the password

To restore the view back to normal, just drag down on the screen with two fingertips.
